Chaperoning

Grassington Medical Centre is committed to providing a safe comfortable environment where patients and staff can be confident that best practice is being followed at all times and the safety of everyone is of paramount importance.

The Doctor or Nurse where they feel it appropriate will ask for a chaperone to be present during your examination.  This will either be a Practice Nurse or one of the trained reception team.  You do have the right to say no and this will be recorded.  Please ask if a chaperone is not offered.
